We bring live crawfish back to Tennessee every week for our boil. Don’t be fooled. Not all restaurants are the same. Many of our competitors serve previously frozen reheated crawfish and call them fresh. Not us! We blend our own seasoning and boil fresh/live crawfish every weekend during season. We only cook the best Louisiana crawfish available and have a true Cajun recipe. Try them for yourself and let us know what you think. You won’t be disappointed!

We will gladly accept reservations in any amount for LIVE crawfish. We only accept reservations for BOILED CRAWFISH in excess of twenty (20) pounds. Smaller orders are sold on a first come, first served basis.
