Crawfish Bisque

Authentic Lousiana Crawfish Bisque made with Wild Caught Louisiana Crawfish is worth every minute of your time. Prepare to make your taste buds go crazy.


  1. Melt butter in large pot with medium heat.
  2. Cook and stir chopped onions, green onions and mix with the melted butter until softened(approx. 5 minutes).
  3. Add fresh Louisiana Crawfish tails, potato soup, yellow corn, white corn, mushroom soup, and cream cheese.
  4. Cook and continue stirring until cheese melts completely and is thoroughly mixed.
  5. Pour half-and-half into pot, stir.
  6. Add Creole seasoning, add salt(to taste), add pepper(to taste).
  7. Continue cooking for 15 to 16 minutes.


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound Louisiana Crawfish Tails
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup(10.75 oz)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup(10.75 oz)
  • 1 can(15 oz) yellow corn, drained
  • 1 can(14 oz) white corn, drained
  • 1 package cream cheese(8 oz), 1 pint half-and-half
  • 3 Tbs. Creole seasoning
  • Salt &
  • Pepper
